The elevator was quite small. It felt cramped with three people. sometimes, it seemed to struggle even with that load. i also noticed a lack of basic toiletries in the bathroom.. no mini bar was available either.

the location was unbeatable i could walk to st stephen's cathedral in just minutes. my room was clean the bed was comfortable. i found the breakfast selection quite good with fresh bread each morning.
the elevator felt a bit small and tight it sometimes made getting luggage up a challenge.

i found the staff to be friendly. the location was superb (i mean, really superb!). the breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fresh options. i also liked the hotel's vintage charm. the room was so clean.
I noticed the soundproofing could use improvement. I occasionally heard noises from the hallway.
